With over 30 years of experience in financial management, César has worked in multinational companies like L’Oréal and Telefónica as a financial director for over 12 years. He began his career in Spain before transitioning to Latin America, where he worked in over 15 countries on fiscal and financial organization for major companies. Twelve years ago, he founded 360 Consulting Group in Panama to provide financial and tax advisory services to companies from various jurisdictions.
Raul Sierra
Chief Operation Officer
A professional in auditing, accounting, and tax with over 10 years of experience in important professional service firms. Raúl has experience providing financial, accounting, and tax services both nationally and internationally in sectors such as construction, retail, services, telecommunications, and mining, among many others.
Rogelio Robles
Financial Director
A CPA with over 20 years of experience in accounting and administrative areas, Rogelio has a solid track record in transnational companies in the industrial and food sectors. He has held key roles in financial management, accounting, and treasury. Has experience in a wide array of areas, including financial accounting, internal control, budgets, financial reporting, team leadership, and process improvement to achieve efficiencies.

As a Human Resources Director with 10 years of experience in talent management, Alison strategically oversees the contractual management of the payroll cycle, including the hiring of both national and foreign employees, among other responsibilities.
